If you don't know now you know!! We are all getting on a strict workout plan for the 2011 Mundials... I can't wait to get my workout on! Advanced Sport Performance is going to make a 12 month program for the guy's at Crazy 88. When the Mundials come around everyone will do there part in bringing home some gold medals!The Mundails is the biggest Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournament in the World! So its extremely important for the team to train hard and put in the work early. Everyone has to put in the time now if they want to results later. So Advanced Sport Performance will be here to make sure we put that work in!
